Joseph Cavanaugh,.Vice President of Daytona Writers Guild wearing a t-shirt with a cover of his new book about an Irish myth. THE POET AND THE WONDERSMITH. We bought two of the book-pillows with the book pillow with a book inside and an Irish myth about a boy with a wooden Irish whistle who, with his parents, outwits a fierce monster. It is an endearing tale shown elegantly in a specialty gift box.
P.S. . The gift box has an Irish tin whistle inside and the book and a pillow with a pocket for the book. Very elegant gift.

The weather was beautiful. The ocean breeze was nice. The Mainland High School Interact volunteers helped with creating crafts, gift baskets and then performed readings of the children's books by our local authors Elizabeth Vollstadt and Melody Dean Dimick.
We had a nice flow of people come ut to hear the children's storytime, live guitar playing and Christmas Carolers. We will be posting more pictures soon

Linda Mason, who presented her two latest books at the event, A Shero’s Dream Catcher and Searching for Kindness middle grade books displayed her other novels beautifully. Brava, Linda

We work at our craft daily, we make strong bonds with our colleagues, and we still want to keep up strong communications with each other despite Covid and its impact. People want to know that the humanities are flourishing in our city and its surrounding areas.
